24/7 road service information in confirmation mail
PAYMENT: Only Internet banking option for new customers if reservation starts within 3 hours. Existing customers can pay also the last minute reservations using credit card or by asking and invoice for their company. This gives us time to identify credit card frauds.
RESERVATION INFO: Information is delivered to you using partly email and partly SMS to avoid misuse. If either phone or email security is compromised, your reservation information is still safe.
VEHICLE PICKUP: Only your mobile can control the vehicle doors with the unique code. Parking lots are usually also video monitored to ensure security.
DRIVING: Vehicles are monitored for their GPS location and technical defects to ensure help gets there when it is needed. Location data is not used in normal situations.
STEP 2: Choose vehicle from the available vehicle list.
STEP 3: Pick optional extras, insurances and extra mileage.
STEP 4: Fill in your information and pay to confirm.
Payment using online bank or credit card is needed to confirm the reservation. Receipt including VAT 23% is emailed to you after successfull payment.
Changes are free of charge until 48h before the beginning.
Reservation confirmation includes a code to open the vehicle doors using SMS. Vehicle keys are found in the glove box and tank is full of diesel.
Vehicle is always returned to the pick up location and tank filled up. Doors are locked using SMS.
All vehicles include full insurances. It is possible to purchase optional insurances to make the deductibles smaller.
You can find a list of previously reported damages in the vehicle. If you find unreported ones, or create more yourself, you should let us know using SMS.
PREMIUM means new vehicles with less than one year old. All Premium vehicles are also air conditioned.
STANDARD vehicles offer good quality, 4 to 8 years of age and 90-170k mileage.
ECONOMY vehicles are an affordable option for temporary rental needs. They are in good working condition despite having more mileage (150-210k) and dents in them.
All vehicles, their equipment and tires are carefully maintained.
Car must be returned to the pick up location within the rental period.
You can find the address of the pick up location from your reservation confirmation and the instruction leaflet inside the vehicle. Before driving back to starting point, you should fill the gas tank at the nearest station. If that is not done after you leave, we have to charge you extra costs according to general terms.
When the vehicle is parked to its location, you should make sure to take all your possessions with you. Vehicle cabin and trunk should also be cleaned of debris and stains that were caused during your rental period.
After everything is ready, check that the instruction leaflet is left in visible place and all the accessories are where they were in the beginning of the rental. Then place the keys into the glove compartment and close it. After making sure that all the doors (also trunk) are closed, you can send the individual closing message as defined in the confirmation email you receive after making the reservation. Doors should be locked in few minutes. If that doesn't happen, resend after double checking that doors are closed and the message is correct. You can also contact us if there are any issues.
After the doors have been locked, we will rent the vehicle to our next customer. To keep also the next customer happy and avoid extra costs, book enough time and return the car before your reservation ends.
