Once you have made a reservation, we will send you an email confirmation. The message includes our 24/7  Customer Service number in case you need urgent assistance during your drive.

You pick up and return the vehicle yourself through the m.24Rent.fi site. Please note that no one is at the vehicle to meet you in person at any point.

If you have an urgent issue during your reservation, contact us through the m.24Rent.fi site! Only then can we react quickly.

⛐ ROAD SERVICE AVAILABLE 24/7

Please note that our road service is available only when there is need for immediate vehicle-related assistance. Such cases include crashes, towing, and tire damage.

You can only contact our Road Service during your reservation through the m.24Rent.fi site. Please note that the Road Service does not help you with invoicing, complaints, or any other similar issues. For such issues please contact our Customer Service instead.

If you are unable to find answers online, you can call us on 075 325 2592. Our Customer Service representatives are available during business days from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
