24 Rental Network Oy, Business ID: 2430020-0 (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider” or “24Rent”) is responsible for handling your personal data whenever you interact with us. We operate shared and rental vehicles in Finland under the following trademarks: 24Go, 24Rent, and 24Leasing. All instances of “we”, “us”, and “our” in this privacy policy refer to the Service Provider. 24Rental Network Oy is the developer, producer, and operator of its services and related main systems and processes.

Our Rental Terms apply to all services mentioned below.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protect your personal data and prevent identity thefts, that is using someone else’s personal data in our services. This privacy policy describes how we, for example, collect, use, and share your personal data. It also details your rights regarding your personal data.

  • We collect data about you in various ways from different sources, including our Customer Service, mobile phones, websites, rental vehicles, and third party service providers and business affiliates.

  • We use data provided by you to provide you the services you have requested and to fulfill our legal obligations. For example, we need photos of your driver’s licence and your face to meet the requirement of the Driver’s Licence Act §33.
  • We use the contact information you have provided to communicate with you and to be able to provide our services to you.
  • We may use your contact information to inform you of our services, subject to your consent.
  • We use personal data to analyze and improve our services and websites.
  • We strive to recognize and prevent fraud and identity thefts to protect people from criminal activities.
