How points turn into euros

24Rent Rewards makes using your points simple and transparent. Every 24Rent app booking and task increases your balance, and points can be redeemed directly for reservations or extra services. The more points you collect, the more you save.

100 points = 1 €

500 points = 5 €

1000 points = 10 €

When making a booking in the 24Rent app and reaching the payment stage, you can choose Rewards points as a payment method. Points reduce the total cost of your booking, or you can use them for extra services – the choice is always yours.

How do I join the 24Rent Rewards program?

No separate sign-up is required – all 24Rent app users are automatically included in the Rewards program. You just need to register in the app and make your bookings through it.

Do bookings made on www.24rent.fi earn points?

No. Points are earned only from bookings made through the 24Rent app.
So make sure to use the 24Rent app if you want to collect points to your account.

Can I use points for any car or only for specific bookings?

You can use your points for all cars and bookings made through the 24Rent app.

How quickly do points appear in the app after a booking?

Points are collected automatically and usually appear in the app within 24 hours after the booking has been successfully completed.

Can I pay an entire booking with points?

Yes, if you have enough points, you can pay either part of or the full amount of your booking with Rewards points.

Can I use points for additional services, such as insurance or a mileage package?

Yes, points can also be used to pay for additional services when making a reservation.

How can I check my point balance?

Your balance is clearly displayed on the Points page in the app, where you can also track how your earned points are used.
You can access the Points page from the bottom left corner of the app.

Your points history will be visible once you have earned points.

Can I transfer points to another person?
No, points are personal and cannot be transferred to another user’s account.
Can I use points for bookings I’ve already paid for or in any other way afterwards?
Points cannot be used for bookings that have already been paid for or applied retroactively in any way.
What is the validity period of my points?
The validity period of earned points is defined and visible in the 24Rent app. Once the validity period ends, the points are automatically removed from your account. Expired points can no longer be used or redeemed.
Can I exchange my points for money?
Points cannot be exchanged for money.
Do corporate bookings earn points?
