Complaints and fuel complaints

 

All complaints must be submitted through the m.24rent.fi site.

Log into the m.24rent.fi site with the phone number you used for the reservation. You’ll then receive the required PIN code by text message.

Select the reservation your complaint concerns. Tap the Contact Us button. See the images below.

If you are unable to log into the m.24rent.fi site, you can send us email to info@24rent.fi. Please note that the processing times for complaints made by email are significantly longer than for those submitted through the m.24rent.fi site. This is due to the fact that complaints submitted through the m.24rent.fi site are automatically linked with the correct renter and reservation. For complaints received by email this needs to be done manually.
